This Privacy Policy explains how TapOut Arrows ("we," "us," or "our")
collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile
game and related services (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:

Gameplay and progress data — such as level progress,
scores, coins, unlocked content, achievements, and in-app preferences.
This is stored locally on your device and may be backed up to the
cloud.

Anonymous account identifier — we use Firebase
Authentication to create an anonymous user ID so your progress can be
synced across devices. This does not require your name or email
address.

Purchase information — when you buy in-app items,
transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We
receive purchase receipts and related data needed to verify and
deliver your purchase. We do not receive your full payment card
details.

Device and technical data — such as device type,
operating system version, app version, and general diagnostic
information needed to operate and improve the App.

Notification preferences — if you enable reminders or
notifications, we may store your timezone and notification settings
locally on your device.

Email address (when you contact us) — if you email us

receive your email address, the content of your message, and any
information you choose to include (such as your name or a description
of an issue).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features

Save and restore your game progress, including optional cloud backup
- Process and verify in-app purchases
- Send local notifications you have opted into
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you by email
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance user experience
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. Email Communications

Email is not a fully secure channel.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

Google Firebase — for anonymous authentication, cloud
data storage, and server functions. See

Apple App Store / Google Play — for in-app purchases
and billing. Their privacy policies govern payment processing.
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We
encourage you to review them.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Game data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage.
Optional cloud backup data is stored in Firebase Firestore and linked to
your anonymous user ID.
Emails you send to us are retained only as long as needed to handle your
request, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements, after which they
may be deleted.
You may delete local app data by uninstalling the App. To request
deletion of cloud-stored data associated with your account, contact us
using the email below.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

With service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., Firebase,
app stores)
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process

7. Children's Privacy
TapOut Arrows is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age
required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with
personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete
it.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including
secure transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for cloud services and industry-standard
practices for data storage. However, no method of transmission or
storage is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Opt out of optional communications
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

your own, including countries where our service providers operate. By

revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of
the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
